VINALL is run by one person as a personal project. Using it means agreeing to the following, which is deliberately short.

Your account

You must be 13 or over.
One account per person. Don't pretend to be someone else.
You are responsible for what happens under your login.

What you post

Your ratings, notes and lore stay yours. By posting them you allow VINALL to store and display them in the app, including to other users where you have made them public.

Do not post anything that is:

abusive, harassing, hateful or threatening
sexual content, or anything involving minors inappropriately
someone else's private information
spam, scams or advertising
illegal

Reporting. Every profile has a Report button, and a Block button that hides that person from your feeds. Reports are reviewed and accounts that break these rules can be removed without warning.

Games, Discs and cosmetics

Discs are points inside VINALL. They have no cash value, cannot be bought or exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or reset if they were obtained by exploiting a bug. Streaming figures shown in Bid Wars come from public third-party data and are approximate.

Availability

VINALL is provided as-is, with no guarantee that it will be available, or that nothing will ever be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose. It is a hobby project, not a bank.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from your profile, which removes everything immediately. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
